Free Delivery - all orders over £20
Standard shipping charge will be taken off for any orders over £20. Additionally £2 will be taken off from express shipping. Please select express service for quicker delivery!
Standard Shipping £2 (not tracked)
Standard shipping orders sent by 2nd class Royal Mail. We try to process the orders as soon as possible and handcraft individual products within 3-5 days if not already made.
Express Shipping £4 (tracked)
These orders sent by Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class. These orders are prioritised and generally aimed to be processed within 24 hours of order placement. Please send us an email if you would like a tracking number after the product has been sent out.
Currently, we do not offer international delivery via website but please feel free to contact us!
We accept debit/credit cards via two payment gateways; Stripe or Paypal. You can also pay with paypal account by clicking the paypal icon.
You are entitled to cancel order at anytime. Please contact us as soon as possible before delivery.
Once you decide to return any Product you must not use it and return the product in an undamaged contidion and in its original packaging.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request the refund and another 14 days to arrange the postage back. We recommend using recorded delivery and keep the proof of postage.
Full amount paid, including shipping fee will be refuned within 14 days. However, if multiple orders and cancel one item, only the product (not shipping cost) will be refuned. If total cost falls below £20 by refunding an item / items and you had £2 discount of shipping cost, you will incur £2 shipping cost. You will be responsible for return postage.
